LADY GAGA: THE FAME MONSTER REVIEW BUNDLE
The deluxe reissue of Lady Gaga's 'The Fame Monster' EP is a repackaging of both the 8 track EP and the main album ('The Fame'), making it the absolute early Gaga package when it comes to showcasing both her darker, art-pop sound as well as her more mainstream sound that would pave the way for countless other artists, showcasing her depth and versatility as an artist in this deluxe collection that packs a massive punch.
Both of the projects alone manage to make one huge pop bible, with many of the greatest and most recognized pop songs of all time being packed into one gorgeous deluxe package that keeps both the die-hard fans and the masses happy, making her Fame Monster EP more accessible for a generalized audience who may be coming from songs like 'Bad Romance' and 'Just Dance', unaware of the even darker songs like 'Alejandro' and 'Teeth' - showcasing a harder and more rugged side of Gaga that would come out full force in 'Born This Way'.
Adding 'The Fame' to 'The Fame Monster' in this reissue makes the album feel like an even longer rollercoaster ride of emotions and fun - one long dance party of an album that combats the lows alongside the bright, radiant highs - an album for both the masses and the more alternative-tasted fans, 'The Fame Monster (Deluxe Edition)' is one of the most essential pieces in the puzzle that is Lady Gaga's artistry and discography.
It's a stunning portrait painted of Gaga's style and sound, with the ballads coming together with the more dance-orientated tracks to make an album that feels both balanced and well-rounded; it's an album that truly has something for anyone and everyone, with each track being wildly different from the last while keeping a cohesive style and aesthetic put together and well kept throughout the runtime of the project(s).
No one has ever been as bold, as courageous, as crazy as Gaga - there will never be another Lady Gaga; her only competitor manages to be herself.

SCORE: 100/100
For the longest time I thought this was an actual album, but to my surprise, this is actually an EP. For such a short little collection of songs, Gaga does so many things, so many things that no other popstar can ever achieve like she did.
I remember hearing songs from this all over the place, "Bad Romance" being the main example. I was obsessed with the song when I had first heard it, and I still hold it near and dear to me, the production, the lyrics, the catchiness, Gaga's stunning vocal delivery and the iconic "Rah rah-ah-ah-ah" have always struck me as absolutely iconic. There's no one like Gaga.
The production on this whole EP is incredible, all of the electropop beats with thumping bass and synths. Gaga's vocals are absolutely incredible and the writing is really amazing when you look at it.
A bit of an interesting bit of information is that "Bad Romance" was written about being in love with your best friend, the kind of love you can't act on in fear of ruining the friendship. The song talks all about that feeling of want and the fact it's a bad situation. Gaga was heavily inspired by house music on the record upon hearing a lot of it while traveling to different countries.
All of the songs on this EP are incredible, and it really shows how versatile Gaga can be.

'The Fame' is an incredibly impressive debut - full of countless timeless classics and perfectly crafted pop songs, Gaga had already solidified her status as a legend with just her first album.
This album is full of hits like 'Poker Face', 'Just Dance', and 'Paparazzi', some of Gaga's best work to date is still held on this album, and this was the perfect start to her career. There will never be another album quite like this one.
The "deep cuts" of this album are all absolutely incredible, and there are some real hidden gems present on this album. Gaga's voice is very nice to listen to and she has an impressive range and singing ability. The production on this album is uniquely her style, and this album is wonderfully put together.
It's radio aimed and yet it isn't. Gaga is a groundbreaking artist and her style has constantly pushed boundaries and paved the way for other artists to follow in her footsteps. 'The Fame' is one of the greatest and most iconic debut albums by any singer.
